Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Toddler Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and development. In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and engaging environment tailored specifically to toddler' unique needs. Your dedication will inspire curiosity, foster growth, and support families during this critical stage of their child's development. We are committed to paying all team members fairly for their valuable contributions and ensuring a positive, energetic workplace atmosphere. • This is a full time position (Monday through Friday) and there is a set schedule with the choice of 7-4 or 9-6. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development for infants. Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring safety at all times. Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about developmental milestones and daily updates. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior and encouraging social interactions. Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that support early childhood education principles and inclusive practices for children. Follow all licensing regulations, health protocols, and safety procedures diligently to ensure a secure environment for every child. Qualifications Prior experience working in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices in toddler care. Certification in first aid and CPR is required. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities such as feeding, diapering, and soothing infants with compassion. Experience in behavior management techniques suitable for young children to promote positive interactions. A genuine passion for nurturing young children's growth and supporting families through caring guidance.
