In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating young children in a supportive and engaging environment. You will create a positive learning atmosphere that fosters the development of essential skills through play, exploration, and structured activities. Your expertise in toddler care and early childhood education will help shape the minds of our future leaders. Duties Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to explore and learn. Engage with children through interactive activities Monitor each child's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and safety. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate children's development and communicate findings with parents. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications Experience in childcare settings is preferred. Familiarity with classroom management techniques. Ability to educate children effectively while incorporating fun and engaging activities. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff members.
