We are committed to providing a stimulating space where children can learn through play, exploration, and structured activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support early childhood development. Manage daily classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring a balanced mix of learning, play, and rest to meet the needs of toddlers and preschoolers. Foster positive behavior management strategies to create a respectful and inclusive classroom environment. Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure all children receive personalized care and attention. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding each child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met by adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in child welfare. Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, classroom management techniques, and implementing standardized testing or assessment tools when appropriate. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings; classroom experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods is preferred. Experience working with children who have special needs or require early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a nurturing environment that promotes learning through play. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development in childcare or preschool teaching is encouraged.
