- Develop and implement engaging and individualized lesson plans.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes childhood development and well-being.
- Lead and supervise teaching assistants to ensure high-quality instruction and support.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas of strength and need to inform instructional decisions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and child-centered curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
Skills:
- Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation, with a focus on early childhood education.
- Expertise in childhood development and child welfare.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with learning needs and behaviors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise teaching assistants.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
