Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Provide high-quality childcare by supervising children during activities, meals, naps, and outdoor play to ensure safety and well-being at all times. Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment that encourages respectful behavior and active participation. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns through meetings, reports, or informal updates. Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering independence and social skills among children. Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure child safety and welfare are prioritized in compliance with legal requirements.
Pay:
$14.00 - $14.75 per hour
