The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves working closely with an assigned team of technicians to facilitate learning, manage classroom activities, and support students with diverse needs. Responsibilities (but not limited to) Assist with implementing lesson plans and curriculum development tailored to meet the needs of all students. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Assist with childcare duties such as diaper changing, naptime, meals, playtime, and transitions between activities. Qualifications Experience working with preschool-age children preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of childcare experience Strong ability to manage behavior positively and constructively in a classroom or care setting. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively.
