Job Description

Morning Gymnastics Instructor (Toddler & Preschool Classes) The Little Gym of Rogers is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable instructor to join our team for morning classes! If you love working with young children, enjoy being active, and have a positive personality, we'd love to meet you. You don't need gymnastics coaching experience—we provide all the training you need. We're looking for someone with a passion for teaching, encouraging children, and creating memorable experiences for families. Schedule Morning weekday shifts Approximately 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (hours may vary) Part-time What You'll Do Teach parent/child classes for children ages 4 months to 3 years. Teach preschool gymnastics classes for children ages 3-6 years. Lead fun, high-energy, age-appropriate classes using The Little Gym curriculum. Build confidence, coordination, and social skills through movement and play. Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for children and their families. Celebrate each child's successes and help them reach new milestones. Communicate with parents before and after class. Assist with light cleaning and gym setup to maintain a safe, organized facility.

Enthusiastic and energetic Great with young children and families Reliable and punctual Comfortable speaking in front of groups Willing to be silly, sing, dance, and have fun Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stay physically active throughout the shift Available to work weekday mornings Experience Preferred but not required: Early childhood education Childcare Teaching Coaching Gymnastics Dance Cheerleading Camp counseling We provide comprehensive paid training, so the right attitude is more important than prior gymnastics experience.
