Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing classroom environment. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and social/emotional learning where applicable. Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and developmental milestones. Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention by adapting activities and collaborating with specialists. Maintain accurate records of child development progress, conduct assessments, and prepare reports for parents and guardians. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies to safeguard children's safety at all times. Foster open communication with parents through regular updates on their child's progress and classroom activities. Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and preschool teaching strategies. Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. Strong classroom management skills combined with effective behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention program. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists effectively. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and child development instruction. Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare. Experience in toddler care, childcare environments, or daycare settings is highly desirable.
