Job Description
Overview We are seeking 2 dedicated and nurturing Childcare Providers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development in a safe and engaging environment. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their families. This position also requires following DHS Minimum Licensing Guidelines. We are looking for dependable employees with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to join our team! Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children in care at all times.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding their welfare.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for children.
- Assist in curriculum development tailored to the needs of each child, including those in preschool or daycare settings.
- Foster a love for learning through engaging physical education activities. Skills
- Experience working with students in various settings, including public and private schools and daycare facilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of child welfare practices to ensure the well-being of all children in care.
- Ability to develop creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Background in physical education is a plus, promoting active play and healthy habits among children.
