Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and early intervention strategies to support childhood development. Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Plan and execute lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of children, including those requiring special education or additional support. Engage in ongoing communication with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress, behavior management strategies, and welfare needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and learning outcomes. Support toddlers and preschool-aged children with specialized care routines, including daycare practices and Montessori-based activities. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management for preschool or daycare settings. Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with special education needs or requiring early intervention services. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Proficiency in behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being. Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, and Montessori methods.
