Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to inspire and nurture young minds during their formative years. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and early intervention strategies to support childhood development. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Plan and execute lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of children, including those requiring special education or additional support. Engage in ongoing communication with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress, behavior management strategies, and welfare needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and learning outcomes. Support toddlers and preschool-aged children with specialized care routines, including daycare practices and Montessori-based activities. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management for preschool or daycare settings. Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with special education needs or requiring early intervention services. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Proficiency in behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being. Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, and Montessori methods. Demonstrated classroom experience in private schools or daycare environments that emphasize child welfare and holistic growth. Join us in shaping bright futures! Experience Experience not required. Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices will be beneficial. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. A background in daycare settings can also be advantageous for understanding the needs of young learners.
