AdaptEd Academy is our newest division — an evidence-based, therapeutically integrated preschool program that bridges clinical ABA support with structured early childhood education. We're building something new, and we're looking for the right person to help build it with us. Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational community in Fountain Hills. As AdaptEd Academy's preschool teacher, you'll design and deliver a structured, play-based classroom experience for children ages 2-7, many of whom are receiving concurrent ABA services. You'll work hand-in-hand with our BCBAs, RBTs, and families to create a consistent, data-informed learning environment where every child can succeed. This is a rare opportunity to shape a program from the ground up — your curriculum decisions, classroom culture, and family relationships will define what AdaptEd Academy becomes. What You'll Do Plan and deliver structured, play-based lessons aligned to developmental goals and individualized learning objectives Implement evidence-based curricula including TouchMath, Orton-Gillingham, and Unique Learning System as appropriate Collaborate daily with BCBAs and RBTs to align classroom instruction with each learner's ABA treatment plan Collect and track progress data on academic, adaptive, and social-communication goals Lead caregiver communication — weekly updates, progress summaries, and parent training on classroom strategies Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to individualized program planning Help build AdaptEd Academy's curriculum, culture, and classroom systems from the ground up What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field (required); Master's preferred 2+ years of classroom experience with preschool-age children, preferably in a therapeutic or special education setting Familiarity with ASD, developmental delays, and neurodiversity-affirming instructional approaches Experience with or openness to training in Wilson Reading, PECS, or Essential for Living Strong written communication skills — you can write a clear, professional parent update and a data summary Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain prior to start) A genuine belief that every child's learning style deserves to be met — not just accommodated What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Full W-2 employment with benefits A collaborative, clinical-grade team environment — you'll work alongside BCBAs who take learning seriously Opportunity to shape a new program with real influence over curriculum and culture Ongoing professional development and support for specialty curriculum certifications A beautiful new campus opening Summer 2026 in
