Lead Primary Teacher (Ages 3-6) Greenhouse Montessori | Gilbert, AZ A rare opportunity to lead an authentic Montessori classroom in an established, high-standard school. Greenhouse Montessori has served Gilbert families for over 18 years. We are a nature-based, fully Montessori program—not a blended model—with a strong reputation for calm classrooms, prepared environments, and meaningful child outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Lead Primary Guide who can confidently lead a classroom, uphold high standards, and operate with professionalism and consistency. This is a role for someone who knows Montessori, not someone learning it for the first time.
  • The Role Lead a mixed-age 3-6 Montessori classroom with consistency and confidence Maintain a fully prepared, orderly, and beautiful environment daily Deliver lessons with fidelity to Montessori philosophy and materials Observe and guide each child's development with intention Establish clear expectations and follow through Communicate directly, professionally, and proactively with families and staff•Required Qualifications Montessori Primary Certification (AMI or AMS strongly preferred) Minimum 3+ years experience leading a Montessori classroom Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom independently Strong understanding of Montessori scope and sequence•Non-Negotiables Consistent attendance and punctuality A clean, organized, and fully functioning classroom at all times Children are engaged, supported, and appropriately guided Direct, respectful, solution-oriented communication Personal accountability and follow-through•Compensation $40,000 & up based on certification, experience, and leadership ability (Top range reserved for fully certified, experienced Lead Guides with proven classroom success)•What Sets This Role Apart Authentic Montessori environment (no hybrid model) High level of autonomy and trust in your classroom Small, community-focused school—your work is seen and valued Daily outdoor integration on a spacious campus Leadership that prioritizes professionalism and quality•Schedule Monday-Friday•Apply Submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your Montessori background and leadership experience.
