Job Description

Overview A Child's Place is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to support our classrooms. This role will primarily focus on leading a classroom of 3-year-old children . The desired schedule is approximately 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with a one hour lunch break. In this role, you'll be a consistent caregiver for all of our 3 year-olds preschoolers, follow established daily routines, design and implement lesson plans focused on Kindergarten readiness, and foster a nurturing, positive environment for young learners. Ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education, understand child development, and can confidently support classroom management. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is required A valid fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. The skills to create a structured, positive learning environment, manage behavior, and enforce rules in a way that fosters social-emotional development Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
