Duties Implement lesson plans and curriculum activities designed for children 6 weeks- 5 years ensuring alignment with educational standards and school policies Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment Support children's social-emotional development through effective behavior management and personalized attention Assist with daily routines such as snack time, outdoor play, nap periods, and bathroom breaks to promote healthy habits and comfort Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to adapt instruction for children with diverse needs, including those with autism or special learning requirements Utilize educational technologies and age-appropriate instructional materials to enhance learning experiences Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns in accordance with mandated reporting laws and confidentiality standards Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum implementation, literacy education, math concepts, Montessori methods, and preschool best practices Strong classroom management skills combined with effective communication abilities to engage young learners and collaborate with colleagues Familiarity with educational technologies such as computers and interactive learning tools Ability to adapt instruction based on individual student needs and cultural backgrounds to foster an inclusive classroom environment Understanding of mandated reporting laws, school policies, and early childhood education standards Experience working with individuals with autism or special needs is a plus Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching young children and supporting their growth through tutoring or instructional activities Certification in early childhood education or related fields is desirable but not mandatory; relevant coursework or training will be considered Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
