KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Surprise, AZ learning center to nurture and inspire young children. In this full-time, on-site role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom. You will build strong partnerships with families, collaborate with teammates, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress and document developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and well-being. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center initiatives. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Implement behavior guidance strategies that support social-emotional growth. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and center policies. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
