Job Description

SUMMARY Effectively manage the learning environment to prepare lesson plans, instruct students, evaluate and monitor students' performance in order to advance student achievement. Understand and appreciate diversity. Work collaboratively with a team to plan instruction. Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Arizona Elementary Certificate with Early Childhood Education Endorsement OR Arizona Early Childhood Education Certificate (Birth through 3rd Grade) OR Arizona Special Education Certificate with Early Childhood Education Endorsement Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Pre
  • K early learning standards implementations.
Demonstrated success in engaging African American and Latino students Bilingual (Spanish) endorsement
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE
Provide proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

5 hours per day Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits. Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.
