Job Description
The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for one-year-old children. This position includes planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, supporting social, emotional, and developmental growth, and maintaining positive communication with families. The Lead Teacher will guide classroom assistants, ensure daily routines are followed, and uphold all licensing and center policies to provide the highest quality care and education.
