We are looking for a caring, dependable, and flexible teacher to join our team! This position will float between classrooms throughout the day, providing classroom support, covering breaks, and helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of all ages. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, works well with others, and can quickly adapt to different classroom needs while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting in multiple classrooms throughout the day Supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities Supporting teachers with classroom routines and transitions Maintaining a safe, loving, and structured environment Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience in a licensed preschool or childcare center High school diploma or GED required ECE coursework preferred Ability to provide a nurturing and structured classroom environment Must be able to get up and down from the floor quickly and lift up to 50 pounds Must have or be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card Friendly, professional, and dependable Flexibility and willingness to work with different age groups and classrooms Benefits include: Supportive management team Low-cost medical, vision, and dental insurance Paid sick time and paid holidays after 90 days $300 bonus after 90 days with completed trainings and continued employment Paid vacation after 1 year Free or reduced employee childcare Please stop by or call Vanessa at 520-325-7005 for more information.
