  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of preschool-aged children
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being of the children
  • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a structured and organized learning environment
  • Assess and monitor each child's progress to tailor teaching strategies to individual needs
  • Incorporate activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in young learners Skills
  • Experience in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings
  • Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices
  • Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
  • Ability to provide nurturing care and support for toddlers
  • Knowledge of behavior management strategies for young children
  • Background in caregiving or special education is a plus
  • Must have 12 ECE units or be enrolled
