Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Christian Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a loving and engaging classroom environment that encourages the social, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual development of our students. This role requires a commitment to integrating Christian teachings into daily lessons and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Lesson plan age appropriate lessons Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Assess and document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Encourage social skills and positive behavior through modeling and guidance. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan and coordinate school events and activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units. A strong personal faith and a commitment to integrating Christian principles into teaching. Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
