The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.-Montessori Method Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Provide individualized support to children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Foster literacy education by incorporating reading activities and phonemic awareness into daily routines. Engage in toddler care practices that promote healthy development and well-being. Assess children's progress through standardized testing and informal assessments to tailor instruction accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, classroom activities, and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in teaching methodologies. Maintain classroom management by organizing materials, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications A A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles, including behavior management techniques. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members. Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Ability to create engaging physical education activities that promote physical health and wellness among young learners. A commitment to child welfare and the ability to provide a supportive learning environment for all students.
