Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant / Childcare Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development while ensuring the well-being of each child in your care. Duties Develop and implement engaging lessons and activities that align with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere. Monitor children's activities throught the day & report to parents using an app. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Provide caregiving support during meals, nap times, and play activities. Drive company car to pick up / drop off kids as needed Experience Previous experience in daycare or preschool settings is preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Skills in classroom management and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Experience in babysitting or caregiving roles is an advantage. A background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Familiarity with toddler care practices and techniques.
