Job Description

F Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for preschool children
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child to ensure their social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages cooperation, respect, and kindness
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child's progress and address any concerns
- Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor play activities to promote physical education and gross motor skills development
Requirements :
Montessori Certificated or familiar with Montessori- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is MUST
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
- Ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques for subjects such as math is a plus
Pay:
$20.00- $23.
