Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, motor skills, socialization, and emotional regulation for infants. Provide attentive care that meets each child's individual needs, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and health monitoring. Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage safe exploration and social interaction among infants. Collaborate with colleagues to design engaging lesson plans that support childhood development milestones and early intervention strategies. Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, routines, and any special requirements related to early childhood education or special education needs. Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness by adhering to health regulations and best practices in childcare. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's daily activities, developmental progress, and any concerns or observations. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles with experience in toddler care and preschool environments. Proven classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible learning atmosphere for infants. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and specialists effectively.
