In this role, you will inspire young children through engaging, play-based lessons tailored to their developmental stages. Responsibilities Create and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons that support early learning standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and positive behavior. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Observe and document developmental milestones and learning outcomes. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and events. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
