About Us TomorrowLand Academy is dedicated to providing a nurturing, high-quality early childhood education environment. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team and guide our vibrant 2-year-old classroom . Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Instruction:
Plan, develop, and implement engaging daily lesson plans tailored to the developmental milestone needs of 2-year-olds (including circle time, arts & crafts, music, and hands-on activities).
Classroom Management:
Create and maintain a warm, safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel secure and motivated to learn.
Assessment & Reporting:
Observe, assess, and document each child's growth and development; maintain accurate daily reports for parents.
Communication:
Maintain open, friendly, and effective communication with families regarding their child's daily progress, milestones, and school activities.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times by strictly adhering to child care licensing regulations and health guidelines.
Collaboration:
Partner effectively with co-teachers and administrative staff to foster a positive, cohesive team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree (AA) with at least 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units .
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching young children in a group preschool/childcare setting.
Language Skills:
Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Mandarin (highly preferred/required).
Certifications:
Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
Health & Clearance:
Must pass background checks (Fingerprint/Live Scan clearance), TB testing, and provide an up-to-date immunization record/health screening.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy/computer literate with the ability to keep pace with a dynamic school environment. Patient, creative, adaptive, and deeply passionate about early childhood education. Maintains a professional, welcoming, and approachable demeanor with children, families, and colleagues.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
Work Hours:
Shifts will be scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:15 PM (based on school operational needs).
