Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and positive behavior management aligned with Montessori philosophy. Skilled in guiding children through emotions, peer interactions, and conflict resolution in a positive and respectful way. Maintain a joyful, calm, and organized classroom atmosphere. Maintain detailed records of student progress, behavior management plans, and lesson effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Art, Music or related field; Montessori certification preferred. Positive, joyful and patient personality Proven classroom management experience working with young children in preschool or daycare center settings. Strong knowledge of Montessori teaching methods, curriculum development, and literacy education techniques. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to develop creative lesson plans that integrate physical education, math, language arts, and cultural studies within a Montessori framework.

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
