Job Description

Are you looking for a fun opportunity to teach preschool? We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher with a background in early childhood education. In addition, if you have a preschool aged child (2-5 years old), they can come with you everyday and get free tuition. Applicants must have 12 early childhood education units and afternoon availability. Please send your resume and cover letter to Trinity Bare, Preschool Director.
Purpose:
To provide a warm, nurturing, safe and loving environment where self concepts are enhanced, independence encouraged and individuality respected. Key Responsibilities To offer a program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of both the individual and the group. To interact with the children and to encourage their involvement in activities. To prepare a warm and safe environment that is orderly, clean, and appealing which permits the child to grow and explore. To plan lessons based on a curriculum outline To observe, record, and report significant individual and group behavior. To establish and maintain good communications with parents To keep staff informed of program goals and developments both with children, parents, and administrators. To prepare material needed in the program. Education/Experience Requirements Must have at least 12 ECE units or 6 ECE units and enrolled in more courses.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
