Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning communication.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 24 Early Childhood Education College units including infant units.
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a structured learning environment.
  • Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations for diverse learners.
  • Current certification in first aid and CPR.
  • Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors through positive behavior management techniques.
  • Passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning.
