Duties Assist lead caregivers in supervising children during play, learning activities, meals, and rest times to ensure safety and engagement. Observe children closely to monitor their well-being, report any concerns or incidents promptly to senior staff. Help with meal preparation and feeding routines while adhering to dietary restrictions and hygiene standards. Support the overall operation of the childcare facility by assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Ability to remain energetic, patient, and attentive in a dynamic environment. Basic knowledge of child development principles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
