Job Description
We are looking for a loving and caring preschool teacher who can join our wonderful team. As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum. You will foster a positive, engaging classroom environment, and build strong relationships with students and families to support the educational goals of our preschool. Position (Full-time) Preschool (between ages 2-3 years old) Lead Teacher Toddler (18 months - 30 month old) Lead Teacher max 12 students Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement a creative and engaging academic and outdoor hands-on lesson plans that meets the developmental needs and interests of children Create a nurturing, safe, and clean/organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning Following all licensing guidelines Monitor and assess individual children's progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about their child's development and classroom activities. Positively interact, support, and work as a team with preschool teachers and director Participation in staff and training meetings
