Our mission is to provide high-quality, family-centered early childhood services that support healthy development during the most important years of life. We are seeking a caring, dependable, and passionate In-Home Infant Teacher to provide individualized developmental instruction and parent coaching for infants and toddlers in their natural home environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with children while partnering with families to promote developmental milestones. Position Responsibilities As an In-Home Infant Teacher, you will: Travel to clients' homes in the areas of Baldwin Park, La Puente, Pomona, and surrounding communities. With one city per day to limit travel time. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based activities that promote cognitive, language, social-emotional, fine motor, and gross motor development. Create individualized learning experiences based on each child's developmental needs. Partner with parents and caregivers by modeling strategies that encourage learning and development during daily routines. Document child progress, developmental milestones, and visit notes accurately and timely. Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors. Follow all company policies, California licensing standards, and safety procedures while providing services in the home. Foster positive relationships with children and families while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Early Childhood Education (ECE) units, Child Development degree, or related field preferred. Experience working with infants and toddlers in early childhood education, childcare, preschool, or home-based services preferred. Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain before employment). Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license, and current automobile insurance. Ability to travel throughout the assigned service areas. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Patient, dependable, compassionate, and passionate about early childhood development. Must successfully pass all required background checks and meet California state requirements.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
$24.00 per hour
Bilingual Differential:
