Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Rancho San Diego learning center. In this role, you'll create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and closely observe and document children's progress. Teachers build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and collaboration. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing standards. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and well-being. Collaborate with other teachers and center staff to support program goals. Set up, organize, and maintain engaging classroom learning centers and materials. Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching skills.
