Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in infants Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to ensure a secure environment Support children with diapering, feeding, nap routines, and other daily needs with patience and compassion Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities that align with early childhood education standards and individual child needs Adhere to mandated reporting laws and document developmental observations accurately for each child Experience Prior classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare centers or early childhood education settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and infant care best practices Experience working with children who have special needs or disabilities is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in classroom management, behavior guidance, and caregiving techniques for young children Certification in first aid, CPR (including pediatric first aid), and child safety procedures is preferred Proven skills in parent communication, building trusting relationships with families and caregivers Experience working within licensed daycare environments or nannying/babysitting roles involving infant care Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing the earliest stages of childhood development!
