Job Description

Our 3-year olds are looking for a new teacher to join them as soon as possible. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood development.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) semester units At least 6 months of experience working with children
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Includes a 1-hour lunch break Please note: these are the only hours available for this position. Applicants must be able to commit to this schedule. About the

We are looking for someone who approaches caregiving with patience, empathy, and emotional steadiness. Infants and toddlers communicate primarily through crying, and it is essential that you understand and respond to their needs with calmness and care. Your role will involve supporting children as they adjust to being away from their families, while creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment filled with comfort, play, and learning. Compensation:
Hourly rate ranges from $26 to $38 , depending on qualifications and experience Compensation is adjusted proportionally based on education and experience Health and Dental Insurance 401
K Benefits:
22 paid holiday closure days per year (after a 90-day introductory period)
