You will be working out Twos classroom through the school year, assessing students, planning activities to meet students collective and individual needs. You are passionate about learning and helping young children develop a love for school and learning. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with children, creating engaging classroom environments and supporting families as their children begin their journey into preschool. Responsibilities Teaching a comprehensive curriculum Assist children with developing social and emotional skills Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques Communicate with parents and other school personnel Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones Qualifications Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem-solving skills Ability to be present in the classroom on all school days
