The most important thing to us is alignment with our family's values. We're seeking someone who leads with integrity and brings a calm, grounded, heart-centered presence into our home — someone whose energy brings joy, ease, and order to our home.

Maintain a smoke-free environment Reliable transportation Culinary background or interest Highly organized and structured CPR certification valued Comfortable using technology and digital tools to help organize household systems (e.g., Notion) About Our Family We are a joyful, loving, and intentional household of three. We thrive in a home that feels organized, calm, and flowing, where systems and routines help everyone move through the day smoothly. The heart of this role lies in three areas: cooking and meal prep for two adults and one toddler, home organization, and creating thoughtful systems that support our family and household. You don't need to be a trained chef or a credentialed designer — you need to be someone who, when you care about something, leans all the way in and executes at a high level. We value clean, healthy living and want someone who is excited to bring that to life in our home. Who You Are You are a high-agency, hands-on household professional who thrives on keeping a home running smoothly, efficiently, and beautifully. Calm yet type-A, you bring structure, serenity, and clarity to the household while confidently managing multiple responsibilities. You naturally notice what needs attention and take initiative to refresh, organize, or improve it — all without needing constant direction. You approach your work like a project manager : intaking needs, building a plan, executing tasks, and following through with thoughtful updates. You take pride in creating order out of chaos, maintaining systems, and keeping the household flowing seamlessly. You are resilient, adaptable, and open to feedback, confident in your abilities, and low ego. Meal prep and cooking are central to your role . You enjoy planning and preparing healthy, creative, and delicious meals for the family, including batch breakfasts, school lunches, and family dinners. You source high-quality ingredients, maintain an organized kitchen, and take pride in crafting food that nourishes the family physically and emotionally. Beyond the kitchen, you maintain the household with intention : daily resets, decluttering, seasonal swaps, laundry, errands, vendor coordination, deep cleaning, and childcare support. You are a collaborative partner who contributes to a calm, positive, and loving environment — someone who genuinely wants to come to work and brings joy, warmth, and reliability to the family's daily rhythm. In short, you are a proactive, operationally skilled, and heart-centered presence who elevates the home through initiative, thoughtfulness, and high-quality execution, while supporting the family in meaningful ways every day. Key Responsibilities Meal Planning & Prep Plan and prepare 3 dinners per week Batch cook easy breakfasts and lunches (egg cups, freezer-ready pancakes, smoothies, soups and salads) Prepare and pack school lunches 5x weekly Prep fruits and vegetables for snacking and maintain fridge organization Source fresh, local, and healthy ingredients, including regular farmers' market trips and grocery shopping Follow family dietary preferences: anti-inflammatory, gluten-conscious, low-dairy, low-sugar, and balanced meals Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; clean post-prep
