Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young children. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and supporting the overall growth of each child in our care. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that promote literacy education, early intervention, and childhood development. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize Montessori methods to enhance the learning experience and cater to individual student needs. Teach physical education activities that promote health, wellness, and motor skills development. Assess and document student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning. Engage with parents through regular communication about their child's progress and classroom activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged students in a childcare or educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles. Knowledge of Montessori teaching methods is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
