Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and progress. Communicate regularly with families about child growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide goals and initiatives. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
