Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their formative years. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies, encouraging cooperation and respect among students. Utilize literacy education methods and teaching physical education activities to promote overall child welfare and physical development. Manage classroom activities for toddlers and preschoolers, including daycare routines, play-based learning, and structured educational exercises such as math and activities. Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through regular updates and meetings. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and childcare regulations while creating an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes childhood development. Qualifications Prior classroom experience in preschool or daycare settings is essential, with a strong background in childhood development and early childhood education. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment tools is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students' families. Certification or degree in early childhood education or a related field is required. Passion for working with young children, fostering their growth across areas such as literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning.
