It is a space where work and everyday life seamlessly coexist. Role Description This part-time on-site role is based in Carlsbad, CA. The Kids Cove Crew team member will oversee and care for children in The Cove's on-site childcare facility. Responsibilities include supervising children's activities, ensuring their safety, organizing creative and educational play sessions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will provide a nurturing atmosphere, build positive relationships with children and their families, and align with The Cove's commitment to supporting working parents. Qualifications Experience in childcare, child supervision, or working with young children in a professional or volunteer capacity Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children and their parents Ability to organize and engage children in creative and educational activities Patience, responsibility, and a caring demeanor Familiarity with basic first aid; CPR certification and background check required Willingness to contribute to maintaining a safe, tidy, and fun environment Previous experience in education, caregiving, or related fields is an advantage
