Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and engagement of children in our care. This position will offer 6-10 hours per week with the option to pick up more if desired. Our current shifts are Monday- Friday 8-11am and 3-7pm, Saturday 9am
- 12pm and are dictated by member reservations.
Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Supervise children during playtime and meals
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as diaper changing and toilet training
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive behavior management
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
Requirements:
- Knowledge of technology and ability to use multiple platforms
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to create engaging activities for children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Preferred Skills:
