Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Pittsburg KinderCare center. In this role, you will plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for young children, fostering social, emotional, and academic growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, observe and document progress, and build strong partnerships with families. Working within our collaborative culture, you'll contribute to center initiatives, follow all safety and licensing standards, and have opportunities for professional development and career growth in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and classroom activities. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Implement positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning strategies. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
