Green Valley Georgetown Early Learning Center Education/Experience:
A combination of formal education, life experience, and work experience are considered when evaluating qualifications. A Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field with a valid Child Development Site Supervisor Permit is required . Must meet Title 22 licensing standards. Knowledge of child development, family interaction and community resources is desired. A minimum of three years recent experience in Early Care and Education Programs is required. For the Tahoe centers, a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field with a valid Child Development Site Supervisor Permit is preferred. An Associate of Arts degree in Child Development or related field may be considered with an Educational Plan to complete a Bachelor's Degree within two years. For the State Preschool Full Day programs, a Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field with a valid Child Development Site Supervisor Permit is preferred. An Associate of Arts degree in Child Development or related field may be considered.
