JCompany Description We are a dedicated Childcare Center located in Rancho Murieta, CA, providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children to grow and thrive. Our center is committed to fostering creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking in young learners. We prioritize child-focused teaching methods and aim to create programs that support both the educational and emotional development of children. Our team values collaboration, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction with children and their families. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Childcare Center Teacher based in Rancho Murieta, CA. The responsibilities include creating lesson plans, implementing engaging activities, and fostering a safe and educational environment tailored to the developmental needs of young children. The teacher will encourage learning through creativity, facilitate social interactions, and provide support for both group and individual activities. Additional duties include maintaining classroom organization, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with parents to share updates on their child's progress. Qualifications Knowledge of teaching principles and general practices with infants and toddlers Strong adaptability to different situations and environments Creativity skills to design and implement engaging lesson plans and activities Experience and passion for working in childcare and fostering developmental growth in young children Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment Must have at lease 3 units in Early Childhood Education to be considered for this role 12 units are required, but they can be in progress (grants available for courses)
