Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Santa Margarita center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you'll create and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, observe and document children's progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children and families through regular communication. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and initiatives. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Support individualized learning needs and inclusive practices. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
