Role:
Tiny Toes Daycare LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing team in Redding, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds and create a positive learning environment for children ages 2-5. In addition we serve infants and school-age children
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning. Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt activities accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space. Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is essential. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children. Background check clearance required.
