Lead Preschool Teacher Come Grow With Us! We are looking for a caring, dependable, and positive Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team! Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly reliable, responsible, positive, and a team player. We value teachers who communicate well, support their coworkers, and come to work ready to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for our children. What You'll Do Create a loving, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and provide age-appropriate activities and learning experiences. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Follow all licensing requirements, health and safety guidelines, and center policies. Communicate effectively with families and team members. Work collaboratively with your teaching team and support staff. Be a dependable member of the team and consistently show up ready to work and support the classroom. What We're Looking For 12 ECE units, including the 4 core courses required by California Community Care Licensing. CPR/First Aid certified. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Preschool or early childhood teaching experience preferred. Highly dependable and reliable. Positive attitude and professional work ethic. Strong communication skills. Responsible and organized. Enjoys working as part of a team. Able to build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Full-time availability, Monday-Friday. Open to working either an opening or closing shift, based on the needs of the center.
