Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Riverside KinderCare center in Educational Services. In this role, you will create a warm, inclusive classroom where young children feel safe, engaged, and eager to learn. You will design developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain strong communication with families. Working within KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll receive training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance while making a lasting impact on children's early development. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership to meet program goals. Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning. Ensure compliance with state licensing and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
