Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Rohnert Park learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children, designing developmentally appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and growth. You will observe and document children's progress, support social-emotional development, and maintain strong communication with families. Working within our collaborative, inclusive culture, you will help shape early learning experiences while gaining opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers.
